This beautiful water tower had been left abandoned and unmaintained. Our client approached JFD architecture to produce a full scheme, including landscape design to gain approval for a change of use to a habitable dwelling. Due to the nature and site restrictions of the plot this was a difficult challenge and JFD were able to successfully gain planning approval to produce a sustainable scheme and provide a new purpose to the abandoned, non designated heritage asset. Works due to commence January 2023.
